Cake smash and milestone sessions are the fun perfect way to celebrate your little one or even one for yourself. Your session can be a fully customized set centered around their favorite show or activity or simply a backdrop and banner. Starting with the inquiry, we tailor your session to what your goals are for your portraits down to the final delivery of products and images.

Each session is custom to each client with providing of the cake and outfits for your session. My goal for your experience is for them to enjoy their session, laugh at us for dancing around, and you to take delight in seeing their faces covered in delicious icing and having a great time.

The Cleveland Cake Smash Experience
The Process
1. Say Hello
Excited you are here! These sessions are a fun way to capture their first birthday portraits Once you fill out my contact form below, I will be in touch to talk dates, pricing, themes, etc.
Themes usually take 2-6 weeks to develop, so it's best to reach out when they're around 9 or 10 months old for a session around 11 months old.
Once we figure out all the details and schedule a time around them turning 11 months old. I'll send over a contract, questionnaire invoice for your retainer. Once everything is signed and paid, your session is offically scheduled!
In your questionnaire, fill in all the details about your child and you can ask me any questions.
2. Schedule It & Ask Me Anything
You're session in finally here! You'll come to the studio, or we'll meet at the location we decided on. We'll capture some family quick family portraits to help get them comfortable in front of the camera, and finally LET THEM EAT CAKE!
I like to let them play, eat cake, and relax rather than trying to direct them to sit still or constantly say “cheese”.
3. The Big Day
Your gallery is ready for delivery!
You will receive a private online gallery with all of your beautiful images, From here you can select your image package. You can add on wall art, albums, prints, and more digitals right from your gallery.
If you need any assistance, I'm always just a call or email away.
4. Special Delivery!
Every session comes with digital images but I also offer printed products such as wall art, albums, folio boxes, and more, that are perfect for a number of spaces. If you're interested to see what art will look like on your walls, I can show you exactly what your space will look like with different art sizes.
